Where does my Jira data go?
Apps are built to Run on Atlassian (Forge). Intended design is no egress: configuration and app storage stay in your Jira Cloud / Atlassian-hosted Forge storage. I do not host a copy of your Jira data. See privacy and DPA.
Is there a trial?
Paid listings use Atlassian’s standard 30-day try-it-free where offered. Try the app on a non-production project first. Live public pricing today:
Project Directory and Risk Register: Free ≤10 users, then about USD 1.50/user/mo.
Easy Workflows: Free ≤10 users, then about USD 2/user/mo.
JQL Extensions Library: try free 30 days, then from about USD 20/mo for teams of 10 (Marketplace paid version may still show Free until the commercial version goes live).
Always confirm on the Marketplace listing before you buy.
Five-minute smoke check after install
Open the app from Jira (Apps / project or global page as documented).
Confirm you see the empty or sample state without errors.
Run one read-only action (search, list, or report).
If the app writes data, try one reversible write on a test project.
Uninstalling removes Forge app storage for that install.
Honest limits
Some admin apps target company-managed projects only — team-managed may be out of scope.
Workflow tooling may report app-specific rules it cannot fully migrate; validate before import.
New listings may have few or no reviews yet; judge from the trial and docs, not star counts.
